The same terms apply across every engagement.
Twelve-month minimum on retainers.
SEO that matters compounds over twelve to eighteen months. We do not take on retainer engagements under twelve months and we do not offer six-month trial periods. The Authority Foundation Sprint is the only fixed-term engagement available — and the Sprint is ninety days, not six months.
Billing in RM, SGD, or AUD.
Malaysian clients invoice in Ringgit. Singapore clients invoice in Singapore Dollars via Wise Business. Australian clients invoice in Australian Dollars via Wise Business. Currency is fixed at engagement start. Mid-engagement exchange rate movement is absorbed by Authority Ridge, never passed back to the client.
Thirty-day exit notice either direction.
After the twelve-month minimum, retainers continue month-to-month with thirty days notice either side. No annual auto-renewals disguised as lock-ins. No retention discounts to frustrate exits. If the work is delivering, you stay; if it isn't, you leave.
Direct consultant access.
You work directly with the consultant. There is no account manager, no SDR layer, no junior delivery handoff. When you message Authority Ridge, you are messaging the person doing the work.

The Visibility Assessment is the entry point to every Authority Ridge engagement. It is a paid diagnostic, not a sales call. You receive a written report regardless of whether we move forward — the report is useful to you either way. Prospects who want a free consultation to explore fit should look elsewhere; this is not that.

- Three to five priority findings with effort and impact estimates.
- Recommended tier fit, or honest redirect if no Authority Ridge tier applies.
- Forty-five minute review call to walk through findings.
How It Works
- Payment upfront. Written report delivered within ten business days.
- The full Assessment fee is applied as a credit against the first month of any retainer or the first milestone of the Authority Foundation Sprint, provided you engage within thirty days.
- If we determine during the Assessment that Authority Ridge is not the right fit, we say so directly. You keep the report.

How do I know which tier is right for my business?

Do I need to pick a tier before booking the Visibility Assessment?
No. The Visibility Assessment is exactly when tier selection happens. You book the Assessment, we run the diagnostic, and tier recommendation is part of the deliverable. If you have a preference going in, tell us — but it's not required.
Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?
Yes. Tier transitions happen by mutual agreement at any point in a retainer engagement. There are no penalties for stepping up or stepping down. The most common transition is moving from Search Demand Capture Retainer to AI Answer Authority Retainer once the underlying ranking authority is established.
Why don't you offer a free consultation?
Free consultations attract prospects who want to talk, not prospects who want to engage. The Visibility Assessment filters for the second group — and produces a useful deliverable regardless of whether we work together. If you need a free conversation to make a decision, we are not the right consultancy for you.
What's the typical engagement timeline from first contact to results?
Visibility Assessment is delivered within ten business days of payment. From there, retainer engagements typically begin within two weeks. First measurable wins usually appear within ninety days for Sprint clients and four to six months for retainer clients. Compound results — sustained page-one positions, measurable AI citation rate — typically take twelve to eighteen months.
